Cheaper Inference plugin for Dify

This plugin adds Cheaper Inference as a model provider in Dify.

Cheaper Inference is an OpenAI-compatible gateway. One API key gives access to chat models from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, DeepSeek, Z.ai and other labs.
Each model costs 15–60% less than the list price of its lab.

The plugin uses one fixed endpoint: .

Requirements

• A Cheaper Inference account and API key. Sign up at cheaperinference.com.
• Network access from your Dify instance to over HTTPS.

Setup

1. Install the plugin in Dify.
2. Go to Settings → Model Provider → Cheaper Inference.
3. Click Add Model.
4. Enter a model ID, for example . The model list shows all model IDs.
5. Enter your API key.
6. Optional: set the context size, tool calling and vision support to match the model.

Usage

Select the model in any Dify app, workflow or agent node.

Limits

• The plugin supports chat models only.
• The gateway has no embeddings endpoint. Use a different provider for knowledge-base embeddings.
